Your local profile helps identify your work in future file-based collaboration. It is not an authenticated account, and ART does not store passwords, passkeys, access tokens, or session credentials here.
Use this code to recognize this ART installation when linking additional devices to your identity in the future. Linking a different installation to this code requires ART's server-based identity service, which is not yet available.
ART is local-first. Review what is stored in this browser, export your user-controlled data, or clear local ART data and session credentials. Server-hosted retention and account deletion depend on the deployment.
Track the organizations you belong to and your role in each. Roles determine which local Authorization Policy checks (Owner, Admin, Editor, Contributor, Viewer) pass for organization-scoped actions. Server-enforced authorization requires ART's authentication service (Epic 49) and is not yet available.

Organization Statistics aggregate accessibility data across reports that share the same Organization/Client value. Enabling this adds an Organization menu and an optional Dashboard section. Stand-alone reports without an Organization/Client value continue to work normally and are never assigned to an organization.
Organization Folders enable file-based collaboration.
Configure a shared folder to enable collaboration on ART files, shared tasks, progress logs, and organization metrics. The folder can be on Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, a network drive, or any synchronized folder accessible to your system.
Search analytics are stored only on this device.
